Backup experience, Google Photos
Backing up your photos is the most important thing Google Photos does, and the
least understood. I led design strategy, vision and execution for the backup
experience, and defined what “best-in-class” actually meant so we could
measure whether we were getting there.

Intelligent home, Google Analytics
Google Analytics has a steep learning curve, and users found the homepage
confusing. With one other designer, 20+ engineers and cross-functional partners, I
led the design vision through to execution of a new homepage that adapts to each
user’s needs and abilities instead of treating everyone the same.

Copilot for Power BI, Microsoft
Business users with little data analysis experience find Power BI overwhelming and
difficult to use, leaving much of their business-critical data inaccessible. I led
vision, roadmap and implementation for a full-page Copilot LLM chat that lets them
ask questions and get answers in plain language.
